    Back to the Wild

This wildlife rescue and rehabilitation facility, founded by Mona Rutger in 1990 and located in Castalia, Ohio rescues more than 2,500 sick and wounded wild animals each year, working to be able to return them to their natural habitat. They also work to inspire curiosity and respect for our natural world by speaking to upwards of 70,000 people in many communities each year. We will tour this wonderful facility and visit with some of their animal patients thru a power point presentation and enjoy some amazing and some amusing stories about their adventures with wildlife.
